What's the difference between a Pond and a Lake ?

Nah. There are naturally occurring ponds. Ponds are only filled by rain runoff, though (ponding), while a lake will typically have constantly flowing source of water (river/creek/stream).

Lakes are usually fed by some form of river. Ponds are usually isolated bodies of water and smaller.
