are there seriously people complaining about bad service at a fast food restaurant? it's a fricking fast food restaurant. lower your expectations.
if it's a table service restaurant, there are multiple reasons you could be getting bad service, not necessarily a bad waiter. slow kitchen, slow bar, management didnt schedule enough servers, some server no-showed, etc are all reasons out of your waiters control.
but yeah sometimes you just have a shitty waiter. it's usually obvious when that is the case because they show no sense of urgency and dont communicate why your food or drinks are taking longer than they should.

Most have websites now. Emails are a great way to complain when necessary.
Conversely, I am sending a thank you card, yes, card to a restaurant I ate at last week for the great food and service I had. Saved a holiday family situation

Don’t patronize it again.
Boil and Roux is on my shite list, for terrible food, service and experience
Tommy’s Fish house because they are rotten no good dirty thieves. They stole a large old Esso sign from my dad’s property and had the gall to hang it up on the outside of their shite arse restaurant.

It’s best to complain why you are there so it will hopefully get addressed asap

Be polite and respectful to the server....blame it on the kitchen...if you want the situation to be resolved as to your liking.

We're pretty easy to please so usually we just roll with it and don't go back. There was this one young lady though that was so bad that I waited until the family left and then told her I wasn't leaving a tip and the reasons why. Kept it all between she and I and hope she improved.

fricking amen. You can always tell when people complain about restaurant service, 99.99999% have never worked a day in a restaurant. While I was in school, I worked at the most preferred and well liked restaurant in town. It's was hard work and I loved it.
People that complain about service are the worst.
