I know a guy that runs a place called NDesigns . They are located in Fayettville Tn. They do top notch work and ship all over the world. Not sure how the shipping costs are but they run a special on 1 color design for $7 per shirt and maybe a 12 shirt minimum. I have used them several times and the shirts turned out great.

thet-shirtland.com is the cheapest i've found on regular pricing. you can get cheaper with a special at logoup.com but you have to catch it at the right time.
