Pay no attention to everyone telling you those small cities like Baton Rouge, Nola, etc. You need to go big or go home. Best places in no order:

Tickfaw
Springfield
Husser
Maurpas
Frost
Satsuma

Those cities are booming!!!

there is nothing more than gas stations and dollar generals in those towns
