Olive Oyl was the main character in her comic strip for 10 years before Popeye came along. He used her and took her comic strip when he became the most popular character. Popeye was an old school gold digger and slept his way to the top

Olive Oil has really come into her own over the last few years. She has gone from that awkward tween to a combustible 30 year old.

My neighbor went as Olive Oil for Halloween and her husband was Popeye. Not gonna like she looked pretty hot. She's not nearly as skinny as the cartoon OO though.
