Don't no and don't care. I do pull it up from time to time for mtb cycling clips and Trump clips. I'm over 40 if that matters...

If you have hair on your balls and a TikTok account, you've got the ghey.

To each their own, but I'm in my 40s and think it's highly questionable for any dude my age to have a TikTok account, unless it was for a business they own and for marketing purposes. TikTok is silly and trendy, and I'm too old to be trendy.

Im 40 and yes it can delve into some bad shite but I love the recipe content along with some high quality fishing videos.

Did you look at fareplay’s post history and think “that’s pretty nice, I’m gonna do that”

I’m all for people doing TT if they want to. But I definitely feel like it’s something I don’t need (or want).

But I also don’t think it really matters if a dude does it. Grown men who overuse exclamation points or use “lol” while texting bother me a lot more than them using TikTok.

Useless app unless you’re job hunting. It does allow you to check out potential bosses.

47 and I have 2.

Why 2?

Unless it’s for a business it kind of seems like one account is to avoid friends, family, or someone else for some reason.

I've got the app downloaded but never look at the app. I look at Facebook and I'm in a lot of FB groups and see reels that originate from Tik Tock without trying.

I've noticed some of that stuff is good to look at or read when trying to go to sleep. Its boring enough to lull you to sleep but interesting enough to learn from or entertainment. I definitely think we'd be better off without it b/c it pisses me off all the people you see in public glued to their phone all the time. I was in a section of my gym a few weeks ago and counted in one room, 10 of 12 people looking at their phone all at the same time.

Just my $0.02

People who brag they don’t have social media are the same type of virtue signaling douchebags who wear a mask in the car.

I'm 44 and don't have any of the you tiktwitface

3 years ago I gave up a 10 year alcohol addiction and my wife gave up social media. She had a harder time than I did. We are both much better off now. Quality of life is like it was in the 90s

Instagram for guns, art, shoes, etc... but I wouldn't have a fricking meltdown if it crashed. People see to be addicted to things they BELIEVE make their lives more significant.

In my 50’s, it’s a tool that you use as you see fit. I watch it for stocks, American history, recipes, Sports clips, Joe Rogan, etc. I have never had a FaceBook Account and I’m proud of that. Sure there are idiots on the app who just want to be seen but I just scroll past it and the algorithm usually sends me to things that I like.

I don't brag about it or judge others for it. It's just not my thing. I find it all kinda strange honestly.

I just prefer written media.

I also sort of feel sorry for people I know who are addicted to TikTok. There's a certain lifelessness in their eyes

It’s the same as insta or FB, and perhaps tigerdroppings for some. Another dopamine hit to distract from real life.

Now please upvote so I can get mine
