Cooling down for me. Went for a long walk on my lunch break the other day it was 95°+ out and the moment I walked in the building and that cool air hit my it felt like little angels kissed the tip of my dick and all was right in the world.

Warming up. I work in the upper plains where it gets in the negatives pretty frequently from Nov - Feb, nothing beats the fireplace to melt the ice and dry the body.

Cooking down for me but I like to be cold. It takes extreme cold for me to be uncomfortable
I’ve fallen under water duck hunting in 25 degree weather and left my waders on full of water with my hair frozen and hunted that way for 2 more hours
