Drinking an ice cold beer sitting on a built in seat in an ice cold shower under a rain head after yard work is awesome

I think warming up after being cold probably because I hate cold.
Now, going from cold and wet to warm and dry is the best.

Living in Florida heat I'd say cooling down..but only because I've so rarely done the opposite that it's hard to gauge.
