2. Because its a far more dangerous menace to the driving public. At least the ricer has a low center of gravity, is lighter in weight, and has tires designed for higher speeds versus the monster truck driven like someone thinks its a sports car.

Close, but I'd say number 2. Both drive like total assholes, but number 2 is also obnoxiously loud and has a good chance of killing someone if a wreck occurs

Hey, we were young and stupid once.
Back in the late 80s in high school, everybody had lowered s10s with boom boom in the back.

You know what’s douchier than both? Idiots driving in low rider trucks that basically sit in the ground. They can’t even go over a speed bump in a truck.

You're a douche if you drive either one, I had a lowered truck in my teens/early 20s, I was a douche. At least with the truck, you don't have to drive in fear of actually driving. I remember hating or avoiding certain roads because of what damage it would cause. I would always be thinking like 5 mins ahead of time so I could plan how or where to drive. It was not fun at all looking back.

The truck one is pretty bad.
I do hate the cars like that but the trucks like that are painfully awful.
