I'd identify that nasty fricker and make him/her shite in a portolet.
I'd say pissing on the seat is more offensive than not flushing. I can use my foot to flush the crapper, but I have to get wayyy to close to wipe off a seat.
Or go find another crapper all together.

My argument is both things take about half a second to complete. It's not fricking rocket science either. Poor bathroom etiquette is not only immoral, it's one of the most disgusting things I have to deal with on a daily basis.

Once walked into a stall, toilet had a big turd floating. Something was absent though. Toilet paper!

I always put both the seat and lid down.

A fatass turned musclehead at work has explosive protein shits that spray all over the bottom of the seat and doesn't clean it. Proceeds to give everyone unwanted workout advice as well.

I'll never forget, back in 91 drivin a limo at O'hare taxi "D" lot....had to go....opened the door, only to see that someone had hovered over the toilet, had the shits and missed!!!!

I have my own bathroom at work and I keep it spotless but anytime we have visitors they make a bee line to my bathroom and invariably mess it up. I have to clean it almost everytime somebody else uses it
