Nice to see your jump in logic of saying Minnesota maybe should’ve acted sooner in arresting/charging him is apparently driving 10 hours to Minneapolis to participate in riots. Sound logic, Walt.

So yes. You. Dramatic. A real Karen.

No there is no immunity when you use excessive force that length of time.

This wasn't a oops I didn't mean to put my knee on the guys neck.

Now, did Chauvin intend to kill Floyd? I doubt that he did but he certainly had disregard for Floyd's life based on his actions.

Manslaughter is a given and he will definitely do time as well he should.

Oddly specific example sentence they used there

Someone posted the Third degree murder statute in Minnesota and it’s basically a textbook example of what happened in Floyd’s death.

Not sure why unless they are formally charging. On the surface people in MN will rejoice but will make it worse if he is catch and release.

I'm with you. Idk why but this protest seems a bit different. I dont think they will stop until he is, at the VERY least, behind bars for several years.

After a brief look at Minnesota statues, I think you can definitely get him for 2nd degree manslaughter, or possibly 3rd degree murder.
