No, if I were really smart I would follow my old mans advice from the Great Depression and World Wars

Once you graduate high school, next two years you give to your country (pick one)

a) military service
b) peace corp
c) Merica corp (like the peace corp but inside the US not outside)

Bring back the two W's from the Great Depression (???) and WPA and make them permanent. My old man was a die hard old guard Republican and he gave FDR full praise for those two concepts. Said the worst thing the USA did was cancel them after WWII (where he and all my uncles served)

I actually have to laugh as now (being sovereign land) the modern natives are making $$$ with casinos, duty free smokes, and other assorted gigs than have put some dimes in their pockets by turning lemons to lemonade. Serves us right, but I might join a tribe to get in on some of that action today. I would start with what the Squamish tribe is doing in Canada.
