Can be harmless, but can also land you in deep shite. If you work in an environment where coworkers hang out outside of work, you will likely find issues.
If you work at a place like I do where you go home and don't speak to any of those people until work again, it might be more harmless.

"Crush" sounds kind of strong to be completely normal and okay, IMO.
I'd think more of an "attraction" as being perfectly normal. You feel it, it's cool, you ponder here and there but don't really dwell on it.
Crush sounds like a higher degree of attraction, like you're always thinking about them. Not good.
