This is very true. Only time I have ever gone out with people I work with has been when my wife has had to work so wouldn't be home to see (yes she knew I would go out) and the several times I have have led to situations that I have had to quickly extricate myself from before bad shite went down (she doesn't know that part)

Best to avoid it altogether. shite like this happens when you spend 40+ hours a week with people

This.

Anyone who believes that is only one man for one woman in this world is naive or never been divorced. There are hundreds, maybe thousands of combinations of people out there that would make awesome couples. Of course you're going to meet one sooner or later.

But how you deal with that is the key. Temptation is a nasty fricker, and the ruiner of many a life. A real man understands what's up and just beats off to the fantasy, never acting on the temptation.

I happen to be one that got to live out my fantasy and never saw it coming.

I was working with a girl who was a Tyger_Tyger 10. She was smoke show hot, funny, liked similar music and movies, the works. We became friends and I knew she was just as attracted to me. I never acted on it and we kept all dealings friendly but professional. She left the company and we lost contact. A few years later my marriage ended due to completely unrelated issues. I went about my life for a couple of years more and one day Fantasy girl sent me an e-mail to see how I'd been. We ended up dating for about a year of wildness that surpassed any possible fantasy I could have dreamed up. It was a roller coaster of inhibition.

It didn't last, but man, that was one hell of a ride.

Exactly.

I worked in a casino.

I watched a LOOOOOOOTTTTTTT of marriages end.

That's a different animal. Working somewhere that operates 24/7, so you all have weird schedules and you all drink.

The key is after you get caught...turn it around on them and make them think it is their fault.

I have been married for a year. I have a crush on Van Damme's daughter after seeing that ice bucket challenge.

Exactly. Take the temptation away and be honest with your wife if it's gotten to that point with this woman.

OP are you sure you are IN LOVE with your wife or do you just love her and you're happy with your life?

I wouldn't be with my SO if I had crushes on other women. I've been in relationships like that in the past and it doesn't work out. Stuff like that is why the divorce rate is so high.

Also, and perhaps I may be wrong, but weren't you asking advice about what kind of diapers you should stock up on before your child was born?...if memory serves correctly, your kid should be about a year old.

Is this true?

define a "crush"

do you daydream about this chick constantly? stalk her FB?

being attracted to someone, and having a crush/flirting with someone is completely different

I've always had sort of a crush on you. Well, at least until you wrecked your womb and all.

Of course it can happen and you can still be normal. Just don't act on it or put yourself in a situation that might contribute to your acting on it.

Hah soo true. Im used to working at places that close @ 2 so frequently would end up at the casino after we got off, both environments can make having a stable relationship a challenge for sure.
