I clean mine out in the hot months. No real need to in January, but opening a black plastic trash can in August when it has 2-3 bags of trash inside when it hasn’t rained in weeks is bad. I’ll spray some Clorox and water from a garden sprayer and hose it out. If it needs it I’ll use a pressure washer.

This isn’t anything new. I’ve been getting mine cleaned in Covington monthly for the past 5 years by Apex Bin Cleaning. It’s 16 dollars a month for my 2 garbage cans.

You need to have attractive women in bikinis come out to do it the first time to hook customers.

Nothing. My trash cans are not dirty and if they were I would clean them myself.

Someone billing at $350 or more per hour can easily and quickly justify stuff like this strictly from the time value of money angle.

Edit: this is before considering what one will pay to simply not have to do an unpleasant thing
