No way
I clean mine from time to time by spraying Clorox inside and filling with water and let sit an hour.
I also pour cheap perfume in and that makes it smell good for months

I wouldn’t pay anyone to do it but I typically hose it out with some chemicals after crawfish season or if something spills in it like Turkey juice. And that’s only so it doesn’t smell and attract bugs. Otherwise who gives a crap. It’s a trash can.

I clean mine out in the hot months. No real need to in January, but opening a black plastic trash can in August when it has 2-3 bags of trash inside when it hasn’t rained in weeks is bad. I’ll spray some Clorox and water from a garden sprayer and hose it out. If it needs it I’ll use a pressure washer.

This isn’t anything new. I’ve been getting mine cleaned in Covington monthly for the past 5 years by Apex Bin Cleaning. It’s 16 dollars a month for my 2 garbage cans.

You need to have attractive women in bikinis come out to do it the first time to hook customers.

Nothing. My trash cans are not dirty and if they were I would clean them myself.

Someone billing at $350 or more per hour can easily and quickly justify stuff like this strictly from the time value of money angle.
Edit: this is before considering what one will pay to simply not have to do an unpleasant thing

I just put soap in them and leave them out in the rain.

No way. A quick bleach and dawn mixture and 2 minutes with the hose running solves this problem.
