What would happen in this scenario

Open all grocery stores up exclusively to 40 year olds and up for one week to stock up. Setup in home deliveries for once a week to those individuals. Then force quarantine those same individuals for one month with no outside interaction.
Now give out an economic stimulus to all 40 and under of the tune of $10,000 each and force them all to socially interact with each other and party their asses off to achieve herd immunity of a huge quantity of our citizens. These individuals would only be eligible for the $10,000 if they spend it within the month given on social interaction at eligible locations. If you are not willing to party because you have kids and no grandparents to watch them you can request a waiver to quarantine with the old folks.

So the ones that had to buy all the groceries and pay for grocery delivery, while not being allowed to go out and earn a living. are the ones specifically precluded from partaking in the $10k windfall.

You all laughed at me and my scenario back in March. In hindsight would it have worked, been cheaper, saved the economy, lead to less authoritarianism, achieved herd immunity of a huge section of our population?
