According to the people that scream Climate Change, the same people jetting across the globe on private plane’s, probably beach front property in Washington Parish. Either way it doesn’t matter for us because we won’t be here, but I’ll go ahead and put $100 down on Washington Parish not being beach front property 100 years from now, and world ending space rocks don’t count.

I had no idea the OT was so progressive on climate change.

But to answer the question, instead of generating 1/3 of the state's revenue, New Orleans will account for 50%. And the rest of the state will hate NOLA that much more.
