where were you living?

what were you doing?

what was your life trajectory?

(Yes, this is a repeat of my 1996 thread. I find stuff like this interesting and a good conversation )

I moved into my current house that year, interest rates were low after 9/11. Best decision I ever made, owe it outright and its worth double what I paid for it.

I was 24 living with my ex fiancé at the time. Had just gotten engaged.

Working as a Peds nurse.

Just got my first pug (RIP Bugsy...you were a good boy)

I thought life was pretty good that year.

Same age. I'm pretty sure I was knocking back 35k by 2002 though

I love that area but don't think I could stand the Asheville hipsters/progs. I'd have to live well outside of town.
