A statistics course called Maximum Likelihood Estimation. Course content was hard, yes, but the problem was that the professor was an a-hole and made the class terrible.

Worst - Organic Chem
Hardest - Food and Bioprocess Design 2. The final in that class took me over 4 hours

For my Econometric Statistics class the teacher was really hot so it made it eased the pain a little bit.

Interesting topic for a science geek, but damn it was difficult. Barely pulled out a C.

This is my answer as well. QBA was a bitch.

PChem is the hardest material wise, but the curve we got was massive. Avg 56 on the tests for a B in the class.
Worst class(es) were kinetics and thermo 2. That's as much because of the teacher as the subject matter.

Quantitative analysis or Organic Chem
Looking back on it Organic wasn't that tough.. it's just a volume problem

Holy shite. Had this woman named Rachel Harris I believe. She would spend most of the class dancing around to the music and berating students for coming in late. Hardly ever taught anything.
She would pick and choose which slides she would put online or not. She also gave pop quizzes every day when most of the class did not show up.
The tests were in Himes. I am not good when it comes to instruments, so listening to some of the instruments, I would not be able to differentiate between a violin and a viola for example. Didn't help that the sound quality and headphones were both shite. I could get all of the definitions and shite right, but these 10 or so questions on every test left me around a 90 test average going into the final.
For the final, she told us none of the new material would be on the test. So, I study all the old shite, and what do you know, the final is all new shite. I guessed my way to a B, but I ended up with an 89.9 in the class. I had perfect attendance and went to talk with her. She refused to round up my grade. So, I ended up with a fricking B. To make matters worse, the next semester they implemented the +/- system.
Lord do I hate that woman with a burning passion

Comparative anatomy, with biochem a close second. Had a great professor for stats, which makes a world of difference. My first physics class was with a shitty professor, and made me hate physics. Second physics was with the dean of the college who was also an excellent teacher, he made everything relatable and explainable, loved the class.

PChem. Not the thermo semester the one with wavefunctions and other mysteries I never solved.
Runner-up Differential Equations.

Dude is literally the worst professor I have ever had at LSU. How they have employed the guy for over a decade and then some is beyond me. The dude doesn't even seem like he wants to teach when he's in the classroom. He is also the biggest arse when you talk to him in his office. I asked him for my 1st Exam once; he looked at me, laughed, coughed, then proceeded to tell me he just threw it in the trash.
Dude can SAFD. If there were ever a person I would want to lose their job, it is him.

The hardest I ever had was a graduate inorganic chemistry class. It was mainly because of two reasons.
1) The professor changed mid semester due to complications from a planned surgery. New guy was not of the same teaching quality and pretty much threw the original syllabus out the window.
2) This tall girl with the single greatest arse I have ever seen was incredibly distracting
I still have no idea how I pulled a out a B.

Graph theory. I was really good at math but I was lost in that class. The only reason I passed was because I memorized 17 long proofs and aced the final exam. I never studied so hard in my life.

I took that. It was not easy, that's for sure!

Worst
Calculus
Teacher was Indian, accent, stood one foot from board. Standing in front of whatever ge wrote and talked about. The accoustics = echo chamber. I laughed later. Waste of time to show up.
Hardest
Grad school. Thought i was veing wise guy, took class on old english, something i had handled in undergrad. Prof informs us that class is study of old Norse using a saga. Culture and language. Explains that we have to test on norse in two weks, so we can read the saga. Verbs 5 conjugations, nouns declensions, a whole vocabulary.
I did nothing else for two weeks.

Econ. Econ. Econ. My brain didn’t work that way. Or maybe I’m just an idiot.
