Colorado. They’re based on the GTM-355 platform. The I5 is just a 4.2 with a cylinder off the back.

The H1's all had unleaded gas motors right?

H1 Alpha package had a 6.6L Duramax diesel.

Far from it.

The H3 was based on the GMT355 chassis, which was narrower and lighter than the GMT360 chassis used for the Trailblazer.

The H3 was built in Shreveport along side the Colorado. The Trailblazer (and GMC Envoy) was built in Ohio.

H3 had either a 3.7L I-5 motor or a 5.3L V8 with either a 5 speed manual or automatic. Trailblazer had a 4.2L I-6 motor with automatic only.

Trailblazer had an automatic locking rear diff with part time four wheel drive, low range, and an automatic 4x4 setting for soccer moms in the snow belt.

Hummer H3 had electronic front and rear lockers with part time four wheel drive, low range, and 4:1 Transfer Case for rock crawling.

BIL recently got a huge pile o'shite H2 and I immediately thought what a total moron he is for buying that douchemobile. It also has some big ugly 24" chrome rims on low profile tires...damn that thing is UGLY! Fits him perfectly though! He thinks he's so cool driving that POS around and everyone else thinks he's an idiot for buying it (and in general lol).

Two buddies of mine had h-1s back in the day and both the interiors went to shite after a year or two. That's a small sample size but I use a truck hard and a durable interior is a must

Daughter had a H1. Was outstanding in the mud for it's weight. Shocked the hell out of me. BUT, after it got around 40K miles on it, it started falling apart. Turn into a big arse money pit. After dropping a shite load of money having it fixed once a month, she caned that POS.

To top it all off, the interiors, which looked gimmicky at the time, are now current.

The H1 interior doesn't look like current vehicles I drive, but you can buy this nice, clean 2002 with 23K miles for only $82,800.

My 2004 Land Rover Discovery II says you can kiss it's fully-stock, short wheel base, low overhanging, center-locking differential, solid front axle, full-time 4 wheel drive, black arse

Pretty car.

The Wrangler, 4Runner and H3 are better off road and less likely to need a mechanic.

H3 has a design flaw with its transmission. The torque converter is too small.

Isn't Hummer now owned by a Chinese investment firm? That alone would stop me from buying one.
Same goes for Volvo.

Yeppers. A Ferrari can be made to look trashy when a POS is driving it.

I always enjoyed the feeling, but got distracted by the sound.

Bad news, I sneezed on it and everything but the transfer case fell apart.

The only reason to buy any of these is to piss off global warming liberals. So in that regard, I support all three.
