People with no sense of humor or sarcasm detector, and/or autists.
Think Sheldon from Big Bang Theory only not funny in any way.
I had an internship and worked with a guy who I think was an autist, or just a retard, but either way he had no sense of humor and acted like he was the most important, serious person there. I would make jokes and he would explain why its not true. I would make a sarcastic remark and he would act like I was serious.

I used to spend a great deal of time with many of these types when I worked in the food industry and in various other part-time jobs.
They're usually assistant managers who have reached their professional ceiling, and almost 100% of the time are the laziest individuals working at any given moment.

I dont mind arguing in good nature, just some people have a really hard time arguing with someone and accepting that its not personal, and they are unable to shake hands after the fact, or be civil, they get pissy.
