see this is what is wrong with America today.

People all want to live in a bubble. Me personally I like to know my neighbors and talk to a few every day.

I would just go knock on the guy's door and say "Hey is that a Mardi Gras santa in your front yard?"
Joke about it, rather than rat on him to the HOA.

I had faith in you, and your little rodent testicles let me down.

Cast your eyes downward, you have forgotten the face of your father.

Me too. That's basically what I'm doing. I don't live across the street from Santa, if anything many feel I should mind my own business. There is no fine from HOA, I'm not ratting on them. It's not yet established formally.

I would tell you to mind your own business if it weren't for the fact that it is staying blown up 24 hrs a day and there has been zero activity at the house. I'm concerned something could have happened to the homeowner.

Take a box of girl scout cookies, knock on door ,ask if they have three bucks. If they don't answer ,stab Santa go home and enjoy your pregnant wife.

Just burn down the house. If they are alive they will run out, and Christmas decorations taken care of. If they aren't, then Christmas decorations taken care of.

That's a lot of pressure. For the integrity of the OT, I shall only report the truth. I hope to not disappoint. I'm leaving in about 30 mins. I should have a report by 5:30.

I agree. Just as a recap, house is in my neighborhood, but I don't pass it in my day to day--it's not across the street or anything. I first commented with a neighbor the day of AFC/NFC Champ games 4 weeks ago. Day of Super Bowl same neighbor brought it up but I didn't give it much thought outside of the discussion. This past Friday I noticed it and decided to pay closer attention and as far as I can tell no activity and it's always on.

Hell naw! If the actual story sucks just make up something so we can be entertained. I am fully invested in this and expect nothing more than an exciting thriller at 5:30.

Fair enough.

One last question to throw out there. If no one answers, should I leave a note, like in The Burbs? A note that says something to the effect of "I know what you've done"? Obviously referring to leaving Santa up?

Scene from The Burbs

I'm out.
