My advice is to keep driving until you get to someplace much cooler. Or just stay in New Orleans and drive into Biloxi for whatever you have to be there to do.

There are some decent bars in Ocean Springs and downtown Biloxi. Try Government Street Grocery or Kwitzky's Sports Bar in O.S. or Adventures in Biloxi (I know, it sounds like a gay bar. It isn't. It's a service industry place with good food.)

there are a half dozen big assed casinos in a town of 40,000 people...I'm doubting there is much night life outside of the casinos....
