I was just repeating the rumors & dumbshit I had heard people saying.
Broke pipeline, fumes too strong, trucks can't run, pipeline in TN burst yesterday (that guy must have been psychic, just off on the details a little.

Price here in SC jumped from $1.79/gallon to $1.99/gallon overnight, but diesel went down significantly.

People have started eating their pets here. We won't be able to hold out much longer.

It isn't fixed yet or wasn't as of about 4:30. They do have 680 employees working on it.
Local news just said end of next week.

Well, just in case this spreads to SC, I'm covered. I have some hot dog buns and a weiner dog.

I ran out here in Nashville today, and I can't make it to a station that has fuel. The ones nearby are out. Prices also jumped 30 cents overnight.

The governors of Alabama and Georgia have declared states of emergency over the potential lack of gas supply.
And the governors of Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina have waived some regulations on petroleum transporters so that gas could make it more quickly to their states.
Colonial Pipeline Co. said Friday that its primary gasoline pipeline wouldn't be operational again for a week. The pipeline connects refineries in Texas and Louisiana with 13 states spanning from Georgia to New York, supplying the region with nearly 40 percent of its gasoline.

The Colonial Gas line is running...just to points in western Alabama.
They are going to run gas on their oil line though...which is something they've done before...hopefully it helps with the shortages.
I do not envy CPL at the moment. Or ever really.

I hope this event teaches everyone a few things about Gasoline and Branding.
Obviously, it ALL comes through the 1 pipeline for an entire region.
Slap a label on a pump and this generic stuff becomes a Name Brand and some people will pay up to $0.50/gallon for their brand loyalty.
