I mean, Louisiana announced they will start to open some things April 27th. I hope that sticks and opening accelerate across this state after that.

Other than what JBE said before Trump's announcement, has anyone heard anything about when we might open up?

Didn’t JBE day that in his press conference Sunday with the start being non-emergency medical procedures and some restaurants that adhere to strict social distancing policies?

I heard the non-emergency procedures, but nothing about restaurants. That would be a great start though.

Alabama will almost assuredly open on May 1 and enter "phase 2" of the federal guidelines.

Gov. Ivey press conference at 11. Likely to announce when and how Alabama will open, if I had to guess.

JBE said that medical offices conducting procedures that are considered "time sensitive" and "critical" would be able to proceed with these procedures again. The decisions as to whether the procedures meet these criteria are strictly up to the physician. They even went on to say that a cavity could be considered "time sensitive," since without immediate action it would only worsen.
