Thinking about building and thinking about 4,000sq ft. That way we get 5 bedrooms, dedicated office, one formal living room and a family room, formal dining room, nice size kitchen, master suite and laundry room. Also, lots of storage.

Something akin to this.

4200 sqft, 5BR 4.5 bath. That should cover you.

Own that house with those kind of cars? Must be a poor living out of his means.

Those are the housekeeper's and personal trainer's rides.

The Escalade ESV and F-250 King Ranch are in the garage.

1000 sq ft per resident. This includes the hired help.

Otherwise you're OT poor.

You hiring a housekeeper? Your wife is gonna leave you for the yard guy if you expect her to keep that place clean on her own.

My first house was a family of 4 in 1350 sq ft. My current one is 2500 and wish I would have bought smaller. Somewhere around 1750

That house is something a guy who owns a red Camaro with black rims would buy.
