What should we do with all the homeless people?

I say you get 2-3 strikes for pan handling/vagrancy/some new law and then you're in the system. Asylum like prison. Tax dollars worth spending.

Employ the homeless to cook the homeless, serving that to other homeless. Problem solved itself.

Stop letting in illegals and allowing employers to hire them.

Bring back the Victorian Era poor farm and related concepts. Under supervision, nobody goes hungry or without shelter, but they have to work to keep the place going.

We could turn them into tires, we would still have homeless but we could use them on our cars.

Send them all to the border and give them a job of keeping all the illegals away. Provide them with Food and shelter and they can live there as long as they do their job.
