What should the sentence be for a 911 operator who hangs up on callers 1000s of times?

911 operator sentenced to probation
Crenshanda Williams, a 44 year old 911 operator got 10 days in jail and probation for 1000s of short calls. Basically hanging up on callers.

She should have her number blocked by all 911 centers in the nation and be mugged everyday.

I have no doubt that 911 operators deal with a lot of stupid calls, but you'd think someone would've questioned the number of Crenshanda's hang-ups long before they reached the thousands.
