Beside the point... half the enjoyment of sushi is sitting at the bar, taking your time, interacting with your date and the chef, having cocktails, trying new things, etc.

Fair enough. I don’t mind it takeout style. We did a full tasting menu takeout back in March from Umami.

Luckily, the new Thai restaurant, Thaihey is delicious, though not the same type of Thai. Thaihey is date night quality (crab fried rice) where Rama was comfort food (drunken noodles).
