Drivers sitting through green lights because they are looking down at their phone.

I used to do this all the time. Probably saved me hours of driving over the year or so that was part of my commute. People are very slow getting started when the light turns green at Perkins (probably busy texting or something). It's even worse now with people nearly stopping to make a hard right into the new businesses where Caterie used to be.
Sometimes I would cut into the right lane right after Perkins as cars that turned right onto Perkins would create gaps in the line. Those gaps I would of course exploit.
And then past the underpass....I would never signal my right turn onto the I-10 east ramp to discourage people on southbound Acadian from making left turns in front of me. If they think I'm going straight, they stay put over there in the left turn lane and the right turners in line for the on ramp don't have to stop and yield. That left turn lane should be red in those situations because of all the stacking to turn right onto the on ramp....but it's not because Baton Rouge.
All that and I never had to pass up I-10 and double back because I couldn't get over. Getting over was never a problem. There was always ample space to move over.
I may be an a-hole for moving over at the last second, but this is a part of me that I am comfortable with. I actually encourage this maneuver. I always felt the goal should be to get through the dreadful, backed up Perkins intersection and then worry about moving over.

People who leave 15 car lengths between themselves and the car in front of them at a red light, and then take forever to start moving when the light turns green.

How bout the ones who take a legal right turn and make you yield. People don't realize you can do this there and at 10 West ramp by Parrains. Really piss off a driver in the right lane.

Yeah people out enjoying the weather should gravitate to the right lane.

Not much but I'm a bit of an a-hole. I never let people over. Especially on the interstate when traffic is backed up at the end of the merge and people think they can "squeeze" in. Not with me, i turn wheel slight right and make them either almost run off the road or come to a complete stop making them wait like an idiot with nowhere to go besides a ditch.

People being checked out at the grocery store aren't ready to pay. The cashier gives them the total and they look all surprised that they actually have to pay and spend an inordinate amount of time searching through a purse .
Cashiers who can't talk to a coworker and ring you up at the same time. During the middle of checking you out another cashier or coworker may say something and your cashier continues the conversation while she stops ringing you up.
People who who won't turn right on red despite there being 200+ feet of a merging lane. Old Perkins at airline by the Walmart is a prime example.

I have noticed a certain group of people who when coming to a stop at a traffic light leave 3 or 4 car lengths between them and the car in front. People waiting to make a right turn could if everyone just pulled up.
