Asking for a friend. No, I'm not gonna sleep with her.

Besides the obvious references, are you cpr certified...ect ect.

What should the payrate be for 27 hours/week?

And is it normal for them to do more around the house such as light cleaning, laundry, etc?

Not sure about the money part
Do you want them playing with your kid or doing your laundry?
If it’s a kid that naps then if you want extra done spell it out when you discuss pay & don’t always expect it to be done, kid is priority
Set rules as to no friend or boyfriends at your home

What will they do educational with the child? Making sure they understand that can’t just sit on phone the whole time. Need to be engaged with the kid. Do they understand that food will need to be made for kid (breakfast lunch). Also set rule that no friends/boy friend is allowed. Do they know any upcoming dates that they can not work? Give 24 hours advance if they can’t work.

The light housekeeping shite always creates problems, especially if there are women involved. What you, me, and every other sane person considers to be "light" housekeeping isn't what your wife, mother, sister, or other female relations think is "light" housekeeping. And even if they agree on what kinds of work constitute "light" housekeeping, someone else is going to complain that it wasn't done to satisfaction.

It's best that you leave that part out of the deal altogether.
