The Devil Within

One of the most unsettling podcasts I’ve ever listened to, and true crime is a guilty pleasure of mine. There were times I didn’t feel like I should continue listening.

I am always searching for a good true crime podcast but they are a dime a dozen lately. With that said I am currently really enjoying In the Land of Lies, which just released episode 10.

We Might be Drunk is pretty good on comedy front. Mark Normand (from New Orleans)and some other guy.
TRIGGERnometry with Konstantin Kissin is a good political one with some comedy. He's a Russian who grew up in the UK and loves America.
There's plenty of good history podcasts out there. Carlin is the gold standard but once you get through his past shows you have to wait a long time for a new episode to come out. Others: The Rest Is History, Dangerous History, and History on Fire are good ones.
Lex Fridman is a good follow. Can get super technical and boring at times but when he has an interesting guest, it is great.

I have been listening to The Political Orphanage, it’s good interviews and entertaining. Not exactly political but more on recent topics. Libertarian take on most things.

Hardcore History is great too.

Have heard good things about Acquired for business type of content but haven’t tried it out yet.

How do you listen to hardcore history? On the Apple podcast app or Spotify or somewhere else?

A lot of it has been moved to his website but they are well worth the money. It averages out to like $1 per hour (maybe less) when you add it all up

Talkville

Tom Welling (Clatk Kent/Kal-El) and Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor) are doing a Smallville rewatch (or, in Rosenbaum's case, a first watch [he says he really didn't watch the show while he was on it]).

Pretty hilarious and the inside info stuff is pretty cool. They are only in the first season so far and while it's usually just them (and Rosenbaum's producer for his other podcast - Ryan), they have occasional Smallville related guests.

Rosenbaum's "Inside of You" is a also pretty great interview podcast.
