I have a crown on one of my back teeth that traps food so I have to floss it a couple times a day. When I’m doing that I knock them all out.
Before that I rarely flossed

Every night. I don’t see how people don’t floss with the little pieces of meat and stuff that get stuck between your teeth.

I floss a couple times per day. Those plastic flossers make it easy.

About 10 years ago I started to floss regularly. Generally do it a few times a week at night. shite gets stuck so it’s nice to get it out. I have water thing and I need to start using it. Used to do both.

Ever get too close to someone who doesn't floss and smokes cigs?
I made that mistake over a holiday a few years ago.

After every meal like clock work.
I have floss stashed everywhere.
The benefits are amazing.

I think the number is 15% are daily flossers (most are dental hygienists).
Sad but true,
Probably one of the most important personal care habits and important to help reduce inflammation.
I floss daily and best done immediately before bed.

The percentage of people who floss their teeth regularly varies depending on the source and the population surveyed. However, studies and surveys generally suggest that a relatively low percentage of people floss daily, despite recommendations from dental professionals.
Here are some general statistics:
United States: A survey by the American Dental Association (ADA) found that only about 30% of Americans floss daily, while around 37% reported flossing less frequently, and 32% said they never floss at all.
United Kingdom: A survey by the British Dental Health Foundation reported that about 21% of British adults floss daily.
Overall, while dental health experts recommend flossing daily to maintain good oral hygiene, less than a third of the population in many countries follows this advice regularly.

If I don't do it every morning, I feel like I have two big teeth. One on top, one on bottom!
