I fully accepted the fact that if I want to hunt/fish 50 days out of the year, I’m going to have to do some dog pound adoption stuff and put new tile in a bathroom every once in a while and bang her lonely, chubby, friends that get lonely while their husbands are in the oil field.

Mindset is another issue as well. Imagine the different outcomes of the day when you think you have to do something vs. you get to do something. Find joy and happiness out of your relationship rather than wait for something to happen before you become satisfied.
Remember to invest in yourself as well. Find something that you enjoy, an activity not a new toy. People are more likely to remember the happiness of a trip or event rather than a new car.

75% easily for me. I’m much ,more flexible in my wants and needs. There’s a tipping point for us all. I’ve gotten very close a few times.
