I’ve read this entire thread and seen maybe 3 or 4 names/bands that could do it maybe. (Disclaimer: not a Garth fan so I’m impartial). First you don’t necessarily have to cross genres but you have to cross generations.
**NSYNC reunion with no show in H-town or NOLA. You get the moms that loved *NSYNC and the daughters that love JT. I’m just imagining the MILF FEST that would be.

Metallica: Baws from 60 to 16 would be there. Older Baws would bring the wife. Everyone mentioned has the same disclaimer. No shows in Houston or NOLA.

Adele: like previously mentioned. One of the toughest tickets around. Women of all ages and the men who love them would be dragged to this show.

Stones: They all might die tomorrow so see them while you can.

Elton John: has a shot just because of a huge fan base that spans 50+ years. Might have to be a one off to do it in Louisiana though.

Would a wildcard be that Korean boy band BTS. Aren’t they insanely popular?

I don’t think he sold out the Centraplex a few years ago, if he did there were a lot of people that didn’t show up for the show

I never heard of them. I looked them up and they seem to be popular in other nations. I'm not sure they can pull off selling out Tiger Stadium.

I think Tim really would have a chance if marketed right

If we’re allowing bands, then you have to consider Bon Jovi. They could possibly do it under your conditions.

If Jerry were still alive to play a few final shows, in the right venue the GD would pack 100,000 fans. Since he’s gone we’ll never know.
Using this (contorted) logic, a reconstituted Beatles reunion outsells them all.

The current 47 dvs are like me, upvoted then changed vote to keep tree-fiddy.
