Although I use MW last, it may make sense to use MW prior to bushes, it would loosen gunk on your teeth prior to brushing, similar to wetting your car and adding soap prior to bushing.

Water Pic, brush, Mouthwash (Listerine Total Care has the Fluoride)
Still floss a few times a week in place of Water Pic.

If you only floss once a year then you’re doing it wrong

And your dentist knows it

Floss then brush.

Mouthwash can actually create bad breath.

My hygienist is the daughter of my dentist that I’ve been going to for the past 40+ years.

She’s a few years younger than me but she knows how much coffee I drink,(which I quit drinking coffee 3 years ago)
She knows how much red wine I drink, knows how often I floss

Apparently your teeth and pallet says a lot about a person

Kinda like what the feet and toes say about a woman

I have a good friend who is a hygienist and she’s the one who told me about the phallic bruising.

And all feet are gross- men’s annd women’s. Except little baby feet. Those are adorable.

I buy the Plax or Walmart version of it and it is a pre brush mouthwash. I use that, sonicare in the shower, and floss when I get out. Rarely use mouthwash after brushing but I do have a bottle of regular mouthwash and if I’m using it after brushing that is the one I use then.
