What made you start an account on Tigerdroppings?

The random arse 7-year-old bump about the frozen girl(plus the bourbon) made me wonder, what spurred you to join this site?
I lurked for about 6 months in 2016 before creating an account. Prior to Trump
Being elected the political talk had a fair number of progressives, democrats, republicans, libertarians, and many other political affiliations that posted sources, articles, essays, and opinions that I enjoyed reading about and was where I spent most of my time.
Then one day in early November a poster on the OT posted about how he was the responsible driver, saving people from their own reckless decisions by consistently driving the speed limit in the left lane. It set me the frick off to the point I created an account just to tell him to change lanes.
And that’s how I’ve wasted 5 years of my life.

As they sing about around the campfires and celebrate in stories handed down through the generations, I was reading 225 magazine and a saw a mention of the website Baton Rouge Rocks. I went there and saw a dismissive reference in passing to "an LSU football website". And the rest is history.
I'd actually been looking for a BR message board for some time. It had never fricking occurred to me to look for an LSU board.

I was banned by 2 Mississippi state boards for complaining about a woman announcer with a speech impediment. I have asked for forgiveness to the good Lord but I won't be rejoining for those boards.

I was 20 something and had just discovered message boards on the internet. My university I'd graduated from was big time. This one was different and better. Gonna find my member number again one day.
