Gun cartridges. Don’t let me be in charge. I’d kill off 90% of all cartridges and leave just a handful of the traditional ones. Variety is not always the spice of life. Bicycles can be used on bicycles roads only. (Exceptions in subdivisions by a majority vote of residents) Ride a bicycle on a non bicycle road and that’s 6 months in jail.

How do you envision this would work?

Mine:

1)All current drivers license holders and all drivers ed from now on must attend a rigorous course focused on the ONE frickING RELEVANT RULE OF THE ROAD: STAY THE frick TO THE RIGHT. At a pretty near-term date after implementing this, I would adopt some version of the shoot-on-site rules mentioned earlier in the thread.

2)Would take Powerman's nutrition education for doctors and expand it to 40 hours - using UPDATED INFO, not the stale shite we've been force fed for 60 years. Would add nurses and nutritionists too.

3)Would eliminate all public sector employee unions

4)Would require every US citizen to have a passport and would put up ample incentive from the fedgov for every US citizen to travel AT LEAST ONE TIME to a non-North American country

5)Permanent DST

I'd ammend your proposal to changing it from a criminal camp to a human organ harvesting center. The only thing that could leave would be organs harvested to save critically ill law abiding citizens.

Seems like a weird hill to die on. Walmart sells them for cheap if you need one.

There's millions of 1 7/8 receivers and balls out there, millions, you want them to simply vanish, and everyone has to re-outfit their rigs? I have a three-way receiver with 1 7/8 as one of the three, these are cheap, easy, and available all over the US. I don't understand when given full dictator authority as the OP posed, why this would be anywhere in the top 100 of immediate concerns.
