Dude, age/hormones are a bitch. A few years ago, some of the breakouts I was getting in middle age started leaving permanent red marks. I was freaking out and getting light therapy treatments at beauty clinics to reduce them. Eventually went to the derm and found out it's probably a form of rosacea. Stinky sulfur wash plus soolantra cream helped a bit. Things have settled down and a neutrogena oil free acne wash plus a good moisturizer has made me pretty again. Chick in the office said I look 27 the other day. Like LL said, spend some time on a forum like acne.org and you will never feel bad about yourself again when you see what people go through.

Anyway, this is the GOAT moisturizer.

I have some Jack Black face scrub and I've liked it more than anything so far.

I use a neutragena triple protection or whatever its called for moisturizer every so often.

No doubt people struggle with things, and modern medicine and products can help with a lot of it. If you need to use something, use it!

But as with everything, moderation is key. And it seems to me that putting multiple products on your face once or twice every single day forever is not moderation.
