As far as the water goes, I saw a video a while ago of a crackhead that bought a pallet of bottled water and then emptied them in a parking lot so she could sell the plastic for drug cash

I saw a video of Natalie Portman fricking a guy in a city park...

Chips and snack food like that, sugary drinks.

Because then we pay their medical care.

I’m okay with water because some of these people live in areas with shite water or no running water.

This isn’t an essential for me.

Nor would it ever change. The Walmarts and targets of the world love this stuff.

Man, then you whine just to whine and for bot votes.

Texas didn't have this problem with WIC in the 70s/80s/90s. What changed? Electronic debit proliferation. Today, with a tap you can get steak. Then, your arse wasn't getting past Mildred.

Then make exceptions for areas with bad water. Only about 2 percent of Americans don’t have access to clean drinking water.

food stamps should be for meat, vegetables and dairy only. Period.

So no fruit? Baby food/formula?

Should we limit the meat? I mean, certainly no lobster. But what about shrimp? Pork, yes. But a pork tenderloin? Automatic denial. And if they even think of purchasing a ribeye...

It was a scam of buying water, dumping it out, then selling the bottles for the recycling money.

It has been going on for years.

Feds took a look into it a decade ago.

OP asked a question and I answered it.

This isn’t even in the top 50 important topics that sway my vote in either direction.

Cooked foods are already banned, although lots of stores cheat and allow it.

Exactly. They don't need that. Choose a cheaper cut.
