It's hard not to think what coulda been if he/she were born. She ended up leaving me shortly after.

I had a good friend in college who had a gf that got an abortion on her own and didn't tell him until half a year later. shite can always be worse

Not studying and buckling down in college. Especially when I see some of the doctors in the hospital where I work... Half those frickers have zero common sense...

not keeping in contact with this girl I was crazy about a while back [ 1980 ]

I found out after we met, she was going into the airforce, and didn't want to be the guy who chased her around like a puppy...she knew I was crazy about her

who knows, it may have been for the better anyways

Not leaving the my dysfunctional, inept company a year ago when it was clear they were dysfunctional and inept. Now I'm laid off along with half the company while those in charge cash out in a few months. Saw it coming, didn't think it was actually happening and now I'm fricked.

Being a student abroad for months with little to no responsibility in your early 20s in much different than taking a couple week vacation later in life.
