I don't have any regrets now, but I worry than 20 years from now I'll be saying "I wish I had spent more time with my dad" and that "I wish I had listened more to my dad." My mom passed when I was little so its always been "Dad and I," but I haven't always been a good daughter.

I know this from when I lost my soul mate. Thank God our last words to each other were "I love you" before he unexpectedly died. My biggest regret is not being there to to keep him from dying alone.
Nowadays I tell my family , friends, and everyone else that i love them and tell them what i cherish and love about them. It didn't come so easy at first as i am a somewhat shy and reserved person but I have never regretted it.
