We typically get 1,500+ kids. It’s an insane, constant stream of people. Whole neighborhood turns out, decorates their houses, adults all in costumes. I’m hearing it will be 50/50 participation this year. I will be out showering these little shite heads with tooth-rotting delectables.

No idea. Kids are too old to participate, and we're going over to some friends' house to watch football so don't really care.
We usually don't get much action anyway.

Same as every year. Kids go out if they want to. If you want to give out candy, turn on your porch light. Otherwise, turn off the light so we know who to throw eggs at.

I can tell you what it will look like at my house - lights will be out, doors will be closed and I will be in the back, away from the windows, dressed in an orange and black Ebenezer Scrooge costume.

Not sure, we will see on Saturday. We plan on bringing our 2 year old trick or treating though. Worst case it's just a normal walk around the neighborhood.

I never saw this kind of golf cart, ultra drinking, frickery till we moved here. I grew up in Gonzales and lived in Baton Rouge. Wasn’t like this

Our neighborhood is closed off, one way in/out, and the houses visible from the higher-traffic areas aren't decorated so we don't usually get a lot of non-neighborhood traffic.
We've got quite a few kids on our little streets and a good half-dozen of the houses are decorated so I think we'll see at least the locals out and about this year.

Daycare in the town of Livingston had a trunk or treat last night. I would say about 150 showed up

They don't come to my house cause I have a sign that says trespassers will be shot.

Normal.
We aren't morons. Realize unless your 80 or frail AF it's nothing to worry about.

You might be in my neighborhood baw. SM ?

My neighborhood is basically like every other year based on our neighborhood board.
My sons baseball team is having a little party after their title game tomorrow and then we’re all going trick or treating with the kids in the neighborhood.
We too have tons of baws on golf carts. Bridgeland in cypress. I plan to get one if I work from home permanently. There would then be zero need for two cars so we’d just go to one car and a golf cart. My wife’s drive to work is a long arse 0.2 miles so on days I may need the car she can just drive the golf cart to work

trick or treating was virtually eliminated years ago by the karens and SJW so china flu just canceled the lame arse parking lot cars gathering for candy give outs.
what we used to do dressing up and going to random houses for candy is an unknown phenomenon to todays kids
