Selma seems to have gone down in a hurry. I went through there a year or so ago and was surprised and how it looked.
Camden, NJ and Camden, AL are pretty bad too, as is East St. Louis. Every big city has it's awful areas and nice areas. Philly and Baltimore can get very scary in a hurry.
