As long as you continue to pollute the board with your pointless elementary questions, I will continue to remind you that you are an idiot.

"hey guys, whats muscle milk?!?"

here are hundreds of articles explaining the differeces between the two. This one even breakds down the nutritional value of each type of "milk."

Do you really not know what to search for on google or just have to make a shitty thread per day so today we are discussing milk

Coconut and Almond Milk are not milk.

They're nut juice.

I was referring to it as its marketing name. That has already been established in this thread and is obvious since it doesn't come from a tit. It is a milky substance which is why it is likely referring to as milk.

Adults drinking milk is ridiculous. Do you still ride your Big Wheel and wear Underoos OweO?

Football jersey wearing mfers. You're a god damn adult, act like it.

Adults acting like 3rd graders is what's wrong with Trump's America in 2020.

Cow milk IS good stuff. Goat milk can be made into good cheese as well.

I drank a few cases of Muscle Milk a while back. Was toying with idea of cultivating some mass. Left a bad aftertaste and made me fart hard, early and often.

Not everyone can enjoy milk as an adult; it adversely affects their processes. It's been this way for a long, long time. I've seen ersatz milk products for as long as I've seen fake meat. I try to empathize with people who have these horrifying conditions. It's akin to having a problem iodine and having to forego crawfish. How bad would that have to suck? Count your blessings, brother.

65% of Earth’s population is lactose intolerant. Their bones are just fine. The dairy industry, just like every other industry(including soy, almond and coconut growers) perpetuate lies to get consumers’ money.

I’ve never liked the taste of milk, even as a kid.. As an adult, I rarely have a need for ‘milk’ except that i like to sometimes dip cookies in it, and the occasional bowl of cereal ( i like my coffee black though).. in these instances, i’ve Tried lots of alternatives, i’ve Tried coconut milk, soy milk etc and the only one i dont mind is almond milk .. to me, it doesnt have an aftertaste like some of the others, and has a good consistency for dipping cookies and basically just wetting your cereal so you can eat it.

it's not as much of a requirement for health as we once believed, but people like it so they drink it.
It won't kill you in moderation, but the primary purpose of milk is to make baby cows fat, so just don't be surprised when it does the same thing to you.

Didn’t read, but
quote:

The Truth When It Comes To Milk
is that milk is for babies.

I was always told to drink my milk so I will have strong bones

How did that work out?

They probably told you to drink milk in hopes you’d get painful kidney stones. No one cares about your useless bones
