A Tiger in the wild in Vietnam.

I took this Vietnam War class in high school and one of the veterans my teacher brought in was a guy who was in SOG doing spec ops missions in Cambodia and Laos. He told us that one night he and two other guys were on watch when they heard rustling next to them. They detonated the claymores they had in that direction and found out they had blown up a tiger. One of the guys in their unit was a Native American and he proceeded to skin that tiger in the jungle and took that pelt home with him when his tour ended.

I saw the same number hit on a roulette wheel 5 times in a row. Then the same number again on the 7th spin.

At one of LSU's courtyards (dorms), during daylight, I saw 2 bats flying on opposite directions, clashed at mid air and both dropped at same location. Curious to see, they had fallen on a planter and one was on top of the other if you know what I mean.

I watched a hawk catch something on the ground. A bald eagle started circling, and the hawk took off with its catch. The eagle swooped down, flew under the hawk, went upside down, and took the catch from the hawk. I don’t know if that is rare or not, but I had never seen anything like it.

I've held a Harpy Eagle specimen in the Natural History Museum at LSU when I was in Ornithology. 30 years later I'm still amazed at how big its feet and talons were.

I've seen a sunset on all 4 of the world's oceans

I understand that modern science now says there's a 5th ocean (Southern) but I reject that BS

That's badass, love that kind of stuff.
Been surprised by hawks/eagles crashing nearby brush for prey, which is awesome, but never witnessed something like that in the wild.

I've played a lot of poker and haven't seen that....I imagine the bets after the river were insanity, either that or everybody was scared of the higher straight flush.

If there's a royal flush on the board in hold 'em, wouldn't everyone tie?

Or are you forced to use at least one of your hole cards...so whoever had the correct suit 9 would have the nuts?

It's been a while for me and I don't remember anything like this ever coming up.

meh, I know two guys that tried that(after they killed the tiger,) from atop a firebase, they both got so infected by whatever those(they killed two,) tigers were infested with the had to be medevaced out and one of them almost died, he was actually given his last rites, fortunately they were able to retrieve part of the hides to make keepsakes out of, one of them has a walking cane in his office that was made from the tail

They would tie if a royal flush were showing on the board, nothing would beat that. He said straight flush was on the board, so someone may have had a higher card than what was showing

Nice edit.

If I wanted to make it political, I would have said pedophile, self hating, pajama wearing, soy drinking, cucks that enjoy a good pegging, instead of Democrat.

Isn’t that right, Loup?
