re: What is the purpose of a Doo rag?

I wear a bandana under my helmet when riding. I really don’t know why but warring it keep my head from itching. Nothing sucks worse than when your going down the road and the top of your head starts itching under your helmet.

For quick "shart" cleanups. Then I ring it out and use for sweat protection on my forehead. Sweat in the eyes is the worst.

This... Look im a 27 year old white professional and i wear a hat every morning after a shower to get it to lay flatter. I get it.

I am now a late-middle age white male--perhaps the whitest dude you can think of without being a racist. I also have sleep apnea and wear a cpap mask. I just started wearing a biker do-rag under the straps for the mask. It makes them a whole lot more comfortable not scraping on my scalp. It also reduces the scalp itching and hair cow licks I think my mask straps were making worse.
