how bad are her tits that they need an upgrade? Implants suck. No implant comes close to feeling like real tits. I just couldnt imagine feeling fake tits on the reg.

Maybe her boobs have deflated/drooped after having kids and breastfeeding them?
Friends my age that got them later got them for this reason. They didn't go porn star big with them either...they just wanted to feel like they had nice boobs again. I can't hate on a woman wanting implants...if she is doing it because SHE wants them and not because she thinks she has to in order to keep her SO happy.
It's still surgery though, I think more women need to remember that. And the upkeep with them, gotta factor in the costs of future procedures to "keep the girls looking good" as you age.

I love my woman's saline tits, but you have to kneed them right the first few weeks. They feel nice n natural afterward if you do it enough.
A friend of hers got a saline pair that feel hard as apples. Make sure you massage them enough in the beginning.
