What is the ot's preference on implant: Silicone or saline

The wife is getting a set of implants. I mean we are getting a set of implants. From what I have heard saline's pros are:
More safe
Less expensive
Easier to work with, as the plastic surgeon can fill them up as much as he wants and the silicone gel cannot be manipulated easily.
And Silicone gel's pros are:
Softer- feel more like actual breast tissue
Look more like a perfect set of real tits
Less prone to ripple
In before I'm buying tits for another guy to play with
