What is the origin of STTDB?

I know about the songs history with it being a Cameo song and the band playing it. But when was the first time that someone thought to chant "Suck that Tiger Dick, Bitch" during the "Talking out the side of your neck" part?
Anyone know the person that can lay claim to being the genius that started a true LSU tradition?

If i remember correctly, I believe it was first said when your mom was getting railed by Mike the Tiger.
